Adding trusted people

Add a trusted person who can be given access to your records.

Trusted people are individuals you choose who may be given secure, read-only access to selected records.

Trusted people are individuals who may need access to your information if you are unable to provide it yourself. This could include a family member, executor, or professional adviser.

You can also generate a document containing their access details and instructions. This is typically printed and stored alongside a will or other important paperwork.

Open trusted people

Go to the trusted people section of your account.

Add a new trusted person

Enter their first name, last name, and email. The full name is created automatically. Additional details are optional.
